
The Indiana Fever are on the road Saturday night as they travel to take on the Portland Fire in an interconference showdown.
Indiana enters Saturday’s game with a 4-3 record after losing on the road to the Golden State Valkyries Thursday night.
In Thursday's loss to the Valkyries, Caitlin Clark led the way for the Fever as she recorded 16 points, four rebounds, six assists and three steals while Aliyah Boston added 13 points, six rebounds and four assists of her own.
The Fever will try to bounce back Saturday as they face off against the Fire in a tough road matchup.
Portland enters Saturday’s contest with a 5-4 record after losing at home to the Atlanta Dream Friday night.
Carla Leite led the way for the Fire in Friday’s loss as she ended the game with 11 points, four rebounds and four assists while Sarah Ashlee Barker scored 14 points off the bench.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup, both may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
The Fever have only one player listed on their injury report for Saturday’s matchup as they have listed Clark as probable.

Indiana has listed Clark as probable due to a lingering back injury and she is expected to play against the Fire after being able to play through the injury over the past two games.
The Fire have three players listed on their injury report, including forward Bridget Carleton.
Portland has listed Carleton as questionable due to lower back soreness and she is in danger of missing her second consecutive contest.
The Fire have also listed Karlie Samuelson as questionable due to right foot injury management and Teja Oblak has been listed as questionable with a right quad injury.
