The Indiana Fever reached the semifinals of the WNBA playoffs this past season but fell to the Las Vegas Aces.
It was Stephanie White's first season in charge after making a return to the organization. She previously coached the team prior to her run with the Connecticut Sun.
White managed to guide the Fever one step further than Christie Sides did in Caitlin Clark's rookie season. That season in 2024, the Fever were swept in the first round by White's Sun.
With the WNBA now in its offseason, the White is already looking ahead to next season despite it starting next May.
White made the decision on Monday to add Rob Dosier to the staff as a player development coach.
"We have added Rob Dosier to our staff as a player development coach," the Fever said. "Rob will work alongside fellow player development coach Keith Porter."

This is notable news within the Fever organization, and it even caught the attention of Clark.
She took it upon herself to repost the Fever's welcome post on Instagram.
Dosier previously spent time as a graduate assistant for the Saluki Men's Basketball program, where he helped several players earning individual honors under his guidance.
