The Indiana Fever's 2025 season ended in the WNBA semifinals, where they lost to the Las Vegas Aces in five games. Now, the team is in offseason mode, but that doesn't mean the players are taking a break from basketball.

While players such as Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, Aari McDonald, Sydney Colson and Chloe Bibby will likely be focusing on their recovery after their season-ending injuries during the campaign, other members of the team already have plans to continue playing.

Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell and Lexie Hull are all scheduled to suit up in the Unrivaled 3-on-3 league that starts in January. Meanwhile, Odyssey Sims, Brianna Turner, Sydney Colson and Bree Hall are joining Athletes Unlimited.

Some, on the other hand, are going overseas to play. One player who's taking her talent outside the United States is Fever rookie Makayla Timpson, who arrived in Paris on Tuesday.

In an announcement on social media, Czech team ZVVZ USK Praha shared that Timpson "has joined the team in Paris" in preparation for the EuroLeague Women season. ZVVZ USK Praha are the reigning champions of the competition.

Timpson, who joined the Fever as the 19th overall pick in the 2025 WNBA draft, is now set to make her debut both in the EuroLeague Women and in an overseas competition.

The 23-year-old forward, who spent four years with Florida State before jumping to the WNBA, averaged 2.6 points and 1.8 rebounds in 7.1 minutes per game in her first year with the Fever.

As she continues her basketball career, it will definitely be interesting to see what kind of improvement she makes in her game. Timpson is one of only three Indiana players under contract for the 2026 season.
