Indiana Fever Share Update Involving Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston

Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston are in Berlin, Germany, to represent Team USA in the FIBA World Cup. In fact, the two impressed in their debuts in the tournament, as they helped the Americans beat China 94-61.

Clark finished with 14 points and 11 assists, earning her the Player of the Game honor. She also made history in the process, breaking Alyssa Thomas’ record for the most assists by a Team USA player in a World Cup debut.

Boston, for her part, tallied seven points, two rebounds, one steal and one block. The Fever center helped anchor Team USA’s defense, especially against China’s 7-foot-3 center Zhang Ziyu.

Before Clark and Boston left the Indiana Fever to join the national team, however, they spent some time with their teammates and biggest supporters.

On Saturday, the team shared a video of the “2026 Fever Premium Cocktail Party” event that was held at Prime 47 in downtown Indianapolis on Aug. 26.

The clip showed Clark and Boston, among others, posing for photos and mingling with the Fever’s season ticket holders, premium lease holders and corporate partners.

It’s worth noting that Clark and Boston arrived in Germany on Monday, just a few days after the party and the Fever’s final game before the WNBA break. Indiana still played the Connecticut Sun on Aug. 28 before joining Team USA.

It was certainly quite a busy week for Clark and Boston. Despite that, their busy schedule didn’t prevent the two from fulfilling their commitments both on and off the court.
