Erica Wheeler and Kahleah Copper seem to have some trouble arranging workouts, it looks like.

The two WNBA are down in Florida and hope to catch some training sessions together, but according to a recent X conversation between the two, there have been some logistical issues in actually making it to the workouts on time.

According to Wheeler’s tweet from her X account, she is the one who’s behind the planning of the workout sessions, through Copper’s instructions of course. However, Copper seems to have shown up too late for the workouts, getting a jovial reaction from Wheeler on X.

“The way @kahleahcopper got me planning these workouts in Tampa is crazy! I am not your manager ma’am! And then have the audacity to tell me something to late! Like girllllllll

.” Erica Wheeler posted on her X, joking around with Phoenix Mercury’s Kahleah Copper.

“No, you aren’t my manager, but you BIG SIS

Lady trynna workout like 1-2 like girllll the day is done. Early bird catches the worm

.” Kahleah Copper responded to Wheeler’s tweet.

Erica Wheeler will be playing for the very first time with the Seattle Storm in this WNBA season which will kick off in May. In the previous season, the 33-year-old guard played for the Indiana Fever. Wheeler has been playing professional basketball since 2013 and the WNBA since 2015 where she made her debut with the New York Liberty. Wheeler played college basketball for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights from 2009 to 2013, and went undrafted in the 2013 WNBA draft.
