There's been some beef brewing between Angel Reese and Robert Griffin III and Shaquille O'Neal is tired of the foolishness.
On Tuesday's episode of the "Off the Record" podcast, the NBA legend sent a pointed warning the ex-NFL QB's way. Telling RGIII that if he doesn't stop with the claims he's been making about the Chicago Sky forward he's going to punch him "in the [expletive] face."
Last week, Griffin reshared an extremely racist photo of Reese's NBA 2K26 cover. And while RGIII ultimately denounced the post, he also took the time to double down on Angel's "hatred" for Caitlin Clark.
"People in Angel's inner circle called me and told me I was right and Angel Reese has grown to hate Caitlin Clark because of the media always asking her about Caitlin and being constantly compared to her," Griffin wrote on X. "Some people made it about race, but I never did and never will. Instead of becoming the villain in anyone's story, I decided to just not."
That drew a response from Reese herself who shot back: "Lying on this app when everybody know the first and last name of everybody in my circle for clout is nastyyyy work."
Now Shaq has officially weighed in — addressing the former Heisman Trophy winner directly in a conversation with Bailey Jackson.

"RGIII, tweet another monkey post about my girl Angel Reese and I'm gonna punch you in four f—ing face. It's enough. I don't normally do stuff like this, but just stop it bro," O'Neal said. "You got your job, you got your podcast, leave my Angel Reese alone. I'm the one calling her and telling her not to respond. F—ing stop it. That's the last time. OK? Thank you."
The Hall of Famer has mentored Reese since her days at his alma mater LSU and has had her back at every turn — even signing her to a lucrative shoe deal with Reebok after becoming the company's president of basketball.
The ball is in Griffin's court now. We'll see if he responds.
