Sophie Cunningham makes request after career development

The first episode of Sophie Cunningham’s new podcast, “No Hesitation,” was released on Thursday. The Indiana Fever star co-hosts it with renowned basketball trainer Drew Hanlen, and she made a request to fans on Saturday.

Cunningham is making the most of the WNBA’s FIBA World Cup break. She and the team will return to action on Friday to play the first of their remaining four regular-season games. Indiana is currently fifth in the standings with a 26-14 record and is battling the Las Vegas Aces and Atlanta Dream for a top-three seed.

The 30-year-old continues to be a key piece of Stephanie White’s rotation. She is averaging 8.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. Cunningham’s contributions will be vital to the Fever’s chances of contending for the championship.

Sophie Cunningham posts request on her Instagram story

Cunningham uploaded a photo of her during an Indiana game on her Instagram story. She added a question for her fans, requesting them to tell her what topics they want to be discussed on the podcast.

“what’re things you’d like to hear me and Drew talk about on the pod?” Cunningham wrote.

“No Hesitation” is also under Volume and replaced her previous show, “Show Me Something,” which has gone dark since June. It reportedly was under talks to change the format for months, although Cunningham and the show did not release an official statement about it.

The veteran guard and her teammates will next face the Toronto Tempo at Coca-Cola Coliseum. A two-game homestand follows at Gainbridge Fieldhouse as they’ll host the Washington Mystics and Minnesota Lynx. Indiana will wrap up its regular season with a matchup with the Lynx at Target Center on Sept. 24. Winning all remaining games is important as the team shares the same record as Atlanta. However, Angel Reese and Co. own the tiebreaker. The Fever and Dreamt trail the Aces by one game.
