It’s been a busy few days for WWE, with WWE WrestlePalooza being announced in partnership with ESPN. The news for the North American promotion doesn’t stop with that, as they struck a deal with NBC, as well as confirming when the final WWE match of John Cena will happen. On August 20th, WWE announced a multi-year partnership with NBC that will feature four Saturday Night’s Main Event shows happening four times a year and will exclusively air on Peacock, beginning with two at the end of 2025 in November and December.
On that December 13th SNME, John Cena will have his last match for WWE. New beginnings and grand final endings were confirmed just this week for WWE. While it’s sad to see Cena go, with four months left on his retirement tour, the WWE Universe can at least enjoy, as well as brace themselves, for the inevitable exit of the “Greatest of All Time.” All good things must come to an end. However, it’s safe to say that we don’t want the ride to end just yet for John Cena. Enjoy it while you can, folks! The last time is approaching.
