Logan Paul has a new theme song and video to accompany his entrances to the ring. Playing off his better-than attitude and A-lister lifestyle, the song is called "Still Humble" and it's more excellent work from one of the most hated stars in WWE.
The video includes fellow YouTube star @YNGMartyr, who wrote, "Was an absolute pleasure being HUMBLE with you lad." Other comments on the video include, "Bro is so humble he barely said anything in his own song." Another wrote, "Petition to release the music video with the liv Morgan edit." The latter of the two comments had to do with a video that came out earlier this week, where Paul was showing a sneak peek of the video to Judgment Day, and Liv Morgan thought it was hilarious that her mug shot from several years ago was shown in the video.
It was ultimately not included in the final cut.
Rhea Ripley was also shown the video this week. She responded that her part (which was also not included) would have been the most viewed portion of the video. She said, "You’re welcome. Autotune too? Damn. Didn’t think you were that lame."
The song starts, "How can I be so good-looking and still humble. How can I be so damn rich and still humble. How can I do all this, I'm still humble." He adds "My bloodline blessed, my family crest, a couple hundred million and some jewels on my neck...." He addressed his haters and suggested he's leaving rent-free in their heads. He talked about having conversations about future business for the big money. "Is that a bird? Plane? Nah. It's a MAVERICK," he adds.
The video leans heavily into his heel persona, and viewers react that it's perfect for his character.
This is just another example of how valuable Logan Paul is to WWE. This is the kind of custom marketing and creativity that skyrocketed his stardom on YouTube, and it's one of the reasons WWE holds him in such high value as a talent. The video was released on Thursday afternoon and already has hundreds of thousands of views.
Fans may not like Logan Paul, but they should respect his innate ability to understand how to get himself over and draw attention to his brand.
