Lola Vice Re-Signs with WWE: NXT Superstar Extends Contract
Stephanie Vaquer & Lola Vice vs. Dalys & Chik Tormenta WWE Worlds Collide 2025
  • Lola Vice re-signed with WWE, but length of deal remains unclear.
  • She transitioned from MMA to WWE, winning the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament in 2023
  • Vice is now prominently featured in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, participating in TripleMania XXXIII.

With talk about WWE contracts expiring and releases, it’s easy to overlook those who re-signed with the company. PWInsider Elite was first to report, then it was later confirmed by Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp that WWE NXT Superstar Lola Vice has re-signed with the company. Her contract was set to expire sometime this summer. It’s unclear how long the deal is, but her last contract was for three years.

Who Is Lola Vice?

If you are a casual watcher of WWE’s developmental brand, NXT, then you might need a refresher on Lola Vice. The former MMA fighter signed with WWE in 2022 after competing in Bellator MMA. She used to team with former WWE Superstar Elektra Lopez in 2023 and early 2024. Most recently, Vice was part of the 20-woman Battle Royal that took place at the WWE Evolution PLE.

Another highlight for the rising star was winning the 2023 NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament by defeating Kelani Jordan in the finals. After winning the tournament, she received a championship match of her choice, which she used for the 2024 NXT Vengeance Day PLE. Sadly, Vice wasn’t able to defeat the then-champion Lyra Valkyria. Roxanne Perez was also in that match. Both are now on the main roster, while Vice’s career has taken another turn.

Lola Vice Goes To Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide

Since WWE acquired Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, the 27-year-old has been somewhat of a fixture in the company. Her first taste of the company was, not surprisingly, the AAA x WWE Worlds Collide event, where she and Stephanie Vaquer defeated AAA stars Chik Tormenta and Dalys. A month later, in July, Vice would tag with TNA’s Director of Authority Santino Marella. The duo would lose to La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana. Later in the month, on July 25, she and Natalya defeated Chik Tormenta and Dalys and Faby Apache, and Lady Shani.

Vice is going to be part of AAA’s biggest event of the year , TripleMania XXXIII. She’s teaming with Mr. Iguana and Niño Hamburguesa to face Judgment Day’s Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Raquel Rodriguez. TripleMania XXXIII is set for August 16 at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City. The show will be available to stream live on WWE’s official YouTube channel with both English and Spanish commentary. So WWE fans should keep their eyes on Lola Vice because she is showing the world she is a force to be reckoned with.
