Ren Narita to miss NJPW Road to Destruction show with arm injury

Ren Narita will miss tomorrow’s NJPW show in Sendai. The House of Torture member sustained an injury to his right arm on yesterday’s show at Korakuen Hall. He had been scheduled to team with Yoshinobu Kanemaru against Jado and Shota Umino. “Ren Narita, who was scheduled for action on September 11 in Sendai, sustained an injury to his right arm on September 9’s Road to Destruction event in Korakuen Hall, and will not be able to compete,” reads NJPW1972.com. Narita attacked both Jeff Cobb and Yota Tsuji after their NJPW World TV Title match that went to a time-limit draw on Sunday. He appears to be next in line for a shot at Cobb’s title.
