Tay Melo expects to be cleared for AEW return in ‘a couple more months’

Tay Melo is hoping to return to the ring soon. Melo hasn’t wrestled in AEW since a street fight with Anna Jay against Ruby Soho and Willow Nightingale on the January 11, 2023 edition of AEW Rampage. She spent a few months on the shelf with bulging discs in her back before announcing she was pregnant at AEW Double or Nothing 2023. Melo gave birth in November to a girl named Luna Melo Guevara, her first child with partner Sammy Guevara. Last week Melo revealed she is training for a return to the ring. On Monday, she said she expects to be cleared in a couple of months. “A couple more months until I’m cleared,” Melo wrote.
