Image: TNA Wrestling Alisha Edwards is reportedly ok after being legitmately knocked out during a women’s trios match at Friday’s TNA Emergence. In the opening moments of the bout featuring Edwards, Masha Slamovich & Ash by Elegance against Jordynne Grace, Dani Luna & Jody Threat, the heels were on the floor with Grace, Luna and Threat in the ring. Grace threw Threat and then Luna onto the heels at which point Edwards got knocked out. Grace prepared to dive onto Edwards, but stopped as no one was there to catch her. Edwards didn’t get up afterward as the other women tried to help her up without knowing she was unconscious. Medical personnel tended to Edwards leading to Tommy Dreamer eventually coming out and carrying her back. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp later posted on X that Edwards “seemed to be handling things okay backstage.” ********** The Rascalz’s Zachary Wentz is the new TNA X-Division Champion after winning the title during the night’s Ultimate X match.
