Wrestling Insider Makes Bold Prediction About Logan Paul's WWE Future

After a promising start, Logan Paul has had a turbulent tenure in WWE. The social media megastar came in with plenty of untapped potential. He was a fast learner of the craft, showing an understanding of in-ring psychology, and was a natural on the mic. Paul has a tremendous physique and is one of the last performers to organically generate nuclear heat.

Paul is no longer a pure prospect and has reached a weird middle ground where he still has plenty of desirable traits but has to begin delivering more frequently to uphold that status. He's allegedly committed to being a full-time wrestler, but he's struggled to sink into an engaging storyline with weekly progression. One wrestling insider is predicting the angle that could establish Paul as a formidable force in the company going forward.

On a recent episode of the "NotSam Wrestling" podcast, Sam Roberts suggested that Paul could join a new stable taking over Monday nights.

"To me, Logan Paul is the next member of Paul Heyman's group," Roberts said. "Logan Paul is not only main-event ready—he's wrestled in main events before; he'll wrestle Jey Uso in a World Heavyweight Championship match at Saturday night's main event. Logan's 30 years old, he's incredibly athletic, and he's got a lot of years in front of him, meaning he could be declared the future of the business. If Logan Paul is going to stick around, he's got to have some skin in the game where, when it comes to WWE, he's got to have a story that is not just temporary."

Paul would help get Heyman's new faction to achieve the desired heel reaction, and he could learn under the tutelage of "The Wiseman" and Seth Rollins. He doesn't have to be on the marquee—he could try to take over the midcard and go after the Intercontinental Championship.

If this is his primary focus, he has to be booked as frequently as everyone else. The only way for him to ascend is to get more reps and nail down his character work, which has dramatically struggled in recent months.
