The Uncle Howdy-led “Wyatt Sicks” made its much-hyped debut on WWE Raw this week. It was a unique and theatrical emergence for the faction.
A massacre was promised. A massacre we got. But the presentation was totally different from anything we’d seen before. We saw the outcome of the assault on the Gorilla Position staff and Chad Gable but not the attack itself.
This helped things feel eery. It was a quiet and peaceful yet totally horrifying debut for the “Wyatt Sicks”.
It got everyone talking, including WWE stars. Here, we bring you a collection of the reactions to the “Wyatt Sicks”‘ debut.
The debut has so far been viewed millions of times. The full debut posted by WWE on X is currently at 8.3 million views.

WWE Women’s Champion Bayley said ‘wow’, WWE Raw Commentator Corey Graves went for a less PG ‘holy sh*t’ and NXT announcer Vic Joseph revealed he was too scared to sleep.
Bronson Reed questioned if Chad Gable would be able to make the triple threat Money in the Bank qualifier match they are set for with Braun Strowman after the attack.
Bubba-Ray Dudley’s praise was more articulate. He called the “Wyatt Sicks”‘ debut perfection.
Speaking on his Busted Open podcast he said he felt like he was in a Halloween house of horrors with the slow pacing of the bit making it creepy.
Former WWE star Ryback took to social media to share his hope that the “Wyatt Sicks” have a positive year. Ryback added that Bray Wyatt would be proud of the faction created in his memory by his brother Taylor Rotunda as Uncle Howdy.

Jey Uso told Cathy Kelley on RawTalk that now Wyatt’s family was around they could have full use of the fireflies. Fans had used their phone torches during Uso’s entrance recently in a similar way as they did for Bray Wyatt.
He told Kelly to be careful and admitted he didn’t want any trouble from the menacing faction.
Karrion Kross took to X to welcome the “Wyatt Sicks” to WWE Raw claiming he would accept the ‘strangers’ for who they are without any preconceived notions.
Kross is currently in a feud with Xavier Woods who also commented on the “Wyatt Sicks” debut.
Woods claimed he ‘rolled out’ the arena early as something didn’t feel right. Woods added that he was glad he did as he may not have made it out alive.
WWE referee Aja Smith also said she was pleased to have avoided the Wyatt Sicks on her way out of the building. Her husband and former NXT North American Champion Leon Ruff claimed he was nervously waiting for her outside the building after seeing the Wyatt Sicks arrive.

It's the Browns. When the Cleveland Browns drafted Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders this April, they had a total of five quarterbacks on their roster between their incoming rookies, Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and the injured Deshaun Watson. And despite the kind of confusing nature of their stockpiling so many QBs, it sounds like the team could double-down on the the decision by the time the regular season kicks off. According to The Athletic's Zac Jackson, "the Browns absolutely might keep all four quarterbacks" heading into Cleveland's season opener. While also adding, "No, Shedeur Sanders is not going to start Week 1 for the Browns. But he's put a lot of pressure on his coaches and fellow QBs headed into this week — the biggest week of training camp as the Browns head to Philly." Fans reacted to the reporter's update on X: "At this point it's not even a QB room anymore. It's a pitching rotation now," a user said. "One as a starter, One as a backup, One to hold on field goals, And one listed as a wide receiver for tax purposes," another commented. "[Shedeur Sanders] should be developed and shouldn't be thrown out there week 1 but he should be considered to be put over Gabriel and Pickett," a fan pointed out. "While also finally getting meaningful reps with the 1's." "I'm a Shedeur fan who wants Flacco to start with Shedeur at QB2," another person replied. "Sitting behind a veteran QB can be very valuable, and you know he'd be ready if he had to come off the bench. Just my .02." "This isn't unprecedented," another user posted. "The Patriots kept 4 QBs in the 2000 season. Worked out ok for them. Not saying there's a Brady in their QB room. But if they have 4 guys who they think are NFL worthy (even if none are QB1 right now), they can make it work." The Browns have been bitten by the injury bug thus far in camp with Pickett and Gabriel both dealing with ailments this preseason — opening up a window for Shedeur Sanders to earn his way up the depth chart. Sanders played well in Friday night's debut with a 14-of-23 performance for 138 yards and a pair of touchdowns on the way to a 30-10 win over Carolina. But head coach Kevin Stefanski says the team in "evaluation mode" when it comes to their QBs.
Kevin Durant typically has no filter when interacting with fans online. But this time, while answering fan questions on X, Durant inadvertently ended up taking a shot at Stephen Curry. When a fan asked him why he thinks Warriors fans hate him, he seemingly pointed at Curry's fans. "Them finals MVPs, they will never recover," said Durant in response. One of the biggest debates for Stephen Curry's legacy had been that until 2022, he hadn't won a Finals MVP award despite winning three NBA championships before that. In 2015, Andre Iguodala received the Finals MVP award instead of Curry, and in 2017 and 2018, Kevin Durant was awarded the Finals MVP, and not Curry. Therefore, Durant seems to believe that since he won two Finals MVPs over Curry, loyal Warriors fans who love Curry started criticizing Durant. This planted the seed that developed into Warriors fans disliking Durant, despite him winning two titles with them. Let's take a look at Durant and Curry's performance in 2017 and 2018 to see if Durant was really better than Curry in those two seasons' Finals runs against the Cavaliers. In the 2017 NBA Finals, Durant averaged 35.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in five games played. He shot 55.6% from the floor and 47.4% from beyond the three-point line. In the same year, Curry averaged 26.8 points, 9.4 assists, and 8.0 rebounds while shooting 44% from the field and 38.8% from beyond the arc. In the 2018 NBA Finals, Durant averaged 28.8 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 7.5 assists as the Warriors swept the Cavaliers. He shot 52.6% from the field and 40.9% from beyond the three-point arc. Meanwhile, Curry averaged 27.5 points, 6.8 assists, and 6.0 rebounds while shooting 40.2% from the field and 41.5% from beyond the three-point line. In both seasons, it is evidently clear that Durant contributed a lot more than Curry in almost every aspect and hence was justified in being awarded the two Finals MVP awards. However, since Curry ended up not winning the Finals MVP award in four consecutive visits to the NBA Finals from 2015 to 2018, his fans unfairly blamed Kevin Durant for stealing the award from him. Curry and Durant have a lot of mutual respect, but his fans evidently drove Durant out of the Warriors. According to NBA Insider Marc Spears, the Warriors fans regularly gave Curry MVP chants, and that did not sit right with Durant until very late with the Warriors. Spears hinted that these chants made Durant feel like Warriors fans did not fully embrace him. If Warriors fans did not criticize Durant as much as they did, maybe Durant could have made a return to the Warriors now instead of joining the Rockets? The world of possibilities and "what-ifs" here is endless.
Los Angeles Lakers big man Maxi Kleber hasn't been viewed favorably by the team's fan base this offseason. While a few loyal fans have shown support for him, he has primarily been perceived as a trade chip. This hasn't deterred the 33-year-old from working on himself. With the promise of a better performance in the upcoming season, Kleber posted a video of himself showcasing elite athleticism, providing a taste of what Lakers fans can look forward to. Given that Kleber only suited up for the Purple and Gold once, fans weren't sure what to expect. After viewing his explosive dunk and shredded physique in this latest video, however, the fans were in awe. With several fans sharing their reactions on social media, we check out some of the best ones from X. "This video can't be recent... if so, Jaxson, get ready to learn benchwarming buddy," joked one fan. One faithful user defended Kleber and said, "Don’t start hyping him up now after y'all wanted him traded." "He windmilling now?" added one fan, still in shock. "That contract year will have players acting different," responded another. "Bruh, I didn't know Kleber had bounce like this," stated one user. "I may be in the minority... I want to see Maxi stretch the floor," added one fan, presenting their strategies. Another faithful user shared, "Lakers better hold onto him." "He better do that s**t during the season," joked another fan. "Ain't no way what?" said another surprised fan. "I'm good with Maxi Kleber staying on the team," stated one user, convinced of the big man's abilities. Although Kleber hasn't had the opportunity to showcase the extent of his abilities with the Lakers, there's reason to believe that he could be a valuable contributor on the team. Given his experience of playing alongside Luka Doncic, the veteran big man already positions himself as a capable option with established chemistry with the Lakers' superstar. His athletic ability, along with his shooting skills, have kept defenses honest, creating gaps on the floor for his teammates to exploit. Apart from the tangible skills, Kleber is also presented as a high-IQ player, with Lakers head coach JJ Redick even raving about the big man's intelligence. This could also be a vital aspect of ensuring his place in the rotation. The only challenge for the 33-year-old is that he is simply a good player in a complex situation with the Lakers. The Purple and Gold have title aspirations, and to fulfill this, the team has made necessary moves to improve its roster strength. To continue with this process, the Lakers could make upgrades by leveraging their trade assets, and Kleber happens to be one of them. As an expiring contract worth $11.0 million, the Lakers could package Kleber along with some other pieces to acquire another key rotation player. While this may not favor the veteran, it is a move to satisfy the team's immediate roster needs. Regardless, it is apparent that Kleber has value. Should Los Angeles choose to retain him, they will have a solid contributor off the bench to shore up their big man rotation.
Abdul Carter showed flashes of dominance in his preseason debut with the New York Giants on Saturday, and fellow pass-rusher Micah Parsons believes fans are going to see a lot more of that for years to come. Carter was disruptive on several plays at the line of scrimmage during the Giants' 34-25 win over the Buffalo Bills. He showed tremendous burst and appeared to get into the backfield with ease, and that was against Buffalo's first-team offense. On Sunday, Parsons shared a video on social media that showed Carter giving the Bills fits. Parsons also paid the rookie a massive compliment. "They asked me if Abdul could be a (sic) another great ! I told them he could be the best one!" Parsons wrote on X. Carter responded by telling Parsons he can't wait to see the four-time Pro Bowl linebacker "get paid what you EARNED!!" Parsons and Carter are both Penn State alumni. They each wore the No. 11, which is a famous jersey number for the Nittany Lions and has been worn by some of the best players in program history. Parsons, of course, has already established himself as one of the best defensive players in football. He is currently in a contract standoff with the Dallas Cowboys. Carter was the No. 3 overall pick in the draft. If he lives up to expectations, he should be just as productive as Parsons in relatively short order.
