On this Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Seth Rollins was attacked by his Vision stablemates, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. It was a shocking moment to see Rollins get betrayed by his group. Now it leads to the questions: Was Rollins attacked to write him off television because of an injury, and was this always the plan for The Vision to attack him now? The questions arose because Rollins had been seen wearing an arm sling.

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, Rollins has been wearing a sling backstage and around Australia over the last day. So if he did get injured, it would probably happen in his match against Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship. Rollins was the winner of the match and became the 2025 Men’s Crown Jewel Champion.
A fan also shared the above photo of Rollins wearing a sling, posing for a picture on X. The fan wrote:
“My friend encountered Seth Rollins on a street in Perth yesterday. You can also see he’s wearing an arm sling.”
There was a video showing Rollins holding his arm after RAW went off the air. RAW GM Adam Pearce and security were around Rollins while he was walking out of the arena.
WWE fans on social media are also leery about his injury due to what Rollins did during the first night of SummerSlam 2025. For weeks leading up to SummerSlam, Rollins would go on to do interviews wearing crutches, and his wife, WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, even shared photos of him walking on crutches, but it was all a ruse. After Punk defeated Gunther for the Heavyweight title, Rollins threw down the crutches and successfully cashed in the Money in the Bank briefcase.
If that’s the case, that means that CM Punk Vs. Seth Rollins will be on the back burner, depending on how bad the injury is. During today’s (October 13) main event, Punk defeated both LA Knight and Jey Uso to become the new number one contender to the Heavyweight Title. Punk was going to be Rollins' next opponent, though it was unknown when the match was going to take place. According to F4Wonline, it was thought that Rollins vs. Punk was going to be on November 1 for Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Well, the match will either have to be postponed until Rollins is fine enough to return to the ring. Thought if the injury is too severe, and he would be out for months, Punk would probably get to be in the match for the vacated title. Hopefully, it’s nothing serious.
