At the time of typing this, the 2026 Royal Rumble PLE is only a little more than 24 hours away. The first time the almost-40-year-old pillar has ever taken place outside of North America. Odds are WWE knows who will be winning those matches by now, and how the matches will pan out. If you think you have an idea of who might be standing tall by the end of the 30-person matches, and you fancy putting your money where your mouth is, now's the time to do so.
The biggest stories on Saturday night will be who wins the men's and women's Rumble matches, as those two Superstars will book their spots in World Title matches at WrestleMania. The current favorite with Oddschecker for the men's match is Roman Reigns with odds of 11/10, but it's a close run thing. Bron Breakker is right behind him at 9/4, and even though he's still not a favorite, Trick Williams' went from 100/1 to 20/1 this week.
It's an even closer run thing in the women's match. Oddschecker has joint favorites to win - Liv Morgan and Bianca Belair, both of whom have odds of 1/1. Tiffany Stratton is third at 4/1, and even though Charlotte Flair has claimed her goal is to help Alexa Bliss win her first Rumble, The Queen's tag partner is nowhere to be seen among the Superstars with the shortest odds.
Only one person can win a Royal Rumble match. Well, that's not technically true. Wrestling historians (or old fans like me) will remember that in 1994, Bret Hart and Lex Luger were co-winners. There are too many extra cameras nowadays for that to happen, so if you're going to make an impact but ultimately not win, you need to rack up eliminations.
As it stands, the favorite to make the most eliminations in the men's Rumble is Oba Femi, which makes a lot of sense. Femi has been called up from NXT and is confirmed for Saturday's 30-man match. WWE will want him to make an immediate impact, but it's incredibly unlikely Femi will win the match. With that in mind, having him throw a lot of others over the top rope makes sense.
Bron Breakker, Jacob Fatu, and Gunther are also expected to be among the male Superstars responsible for the most eliminations this weekend. At the other end of the scale, The Miz is heavily tipped to spend the least amount of time in the match.
