With a big hat tip to Craig Calcaterra of NBC’s Hardball Talk, a response letter from Jack Clark‘s attorney has found the light of day.  If you’ll remember, Jack Clark had a short-lived radio show in St Louis where he accused Albert Pujols of taking PEDs.  Clark’s allegations came without any direct evidence and was based on simple allegorical tales from others.  So, Pujols sued him. In response to Pujols’ camp’s demand letter, Jack Clark’s attorney is far from professional and incredibly arrogant.  He snakily remarks on the spelling and grammatical correctness of the letter from Pujol’s attorney, then promptly spells “known” and “kown.” Here’s the letter in its entirety thanks to Scribd:

So, technically, yes, he could have played the postseason. Rather than staying on in St. Louis, Pujols...
