Ah man, helmet cams are the best. Check out the footage two guys got as they skied the French Alps. As they ski off a cliff and pull their parachutes, an avalanche forms behind them and tumbles down the mountain side. Skier stuck in avalanche, rescued by friends
The video above was captured with a camera strapped to the chest of Chris Bilbao. Bilbao, a Portland, Oregon native, was skiing with friends in British Columbia's Monashee Mountains when an avalanche engulfed and buried him. He stayed buried for almost five minutes before he was discovered and shoveled out by his friends. The video is incredible and terrifying...
