CFL quarterback suffers gruesome ankle injury
Edmonton Eskimos backup quarterback Matt Nichols, a former player for the Dallas Cowboys, suffered a dislocated left ankle as he was being sacked by the Toronto Argonauts’ Ronald Flemons in the third quarter of the Canadian Football League East Division semifinal. The photos show just how gruesome the injury looked. Nichols twisted his ankle as he was being tackled.

CFL player blows 117-yard touchdown return by taunting opponent (Video)
In Saturday CFL action, Hamilton Tiger-Cats receiver Chris Williams caught a missed Montreal Alouettes field goal in the end zone and ran it all the back the other way for what appeared to be a 117-yard touchdown.
