Found February 08, 2013 on Pro Football Zone:
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told the Kansas City Star that he’s not ready to make a decision on quarterback Matt Cassel’s future. “I’m going to just let that play out,’’ Reid said when asked whether Cassel would play for the Chiefs in 2013, per the . “We’re too early in the process to know that. We’ll continue to evaluate it. We’re evaluating him just like we do a free agent. That’s what you do, and the thing about that is it takes time. I think he realizes that. That’s how it works when there’s a change.’’ Even though Reid isn’t ready to reveal what Cassel’s future holds for  him, I think it’s pretty clear he’s done in Kansas City.  I don’t see any reason why Cassel should be on their roster next season. Fan gets KC Chiefs tattoo on head

You have to appreciate the dedication even if it borders on insanity. Unless this guy is in a biker gang this probably wasn’t a wise move. The guys are provides the photos. When this guy goes in for a job interview does he wear a hat? I try to understand the obessession of fans, but at times I simply can’t. You have to be really drunk to say…. “You know...

Chiefs likely won’t be able to trade first overall pick

There aren’t any “elite” players in this year’s draft like there were in 2012.  This year’s class is missing an Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III and Trent Richardson. With there not being a clear cut top player in this year’s NFL draft, the Kansas City Chiefs likely won’t be able to find a trade partner, if they’re interested in moving down, per Daniel Jeremiah of...

Pros and Cons of signing Dwayne Bowe

After his breakout season in 2008, WR Dwayne Bowe put his name on the map. His 2010 and 2011 campaigns also proved him as a top notch receiver. The Patriots certainly need an explosive threat that Bowe could provide. Last season the Chiefs placed the franchise tag on him and he earned $9.5 million. He is now a free agent and many believe that the Chiefs will not franchise tag him...

Chip Kelly is pulling an Andy Reid

The Philadelphia Eagles hired Chip Kelly to replace Andy Reid at head coach on January 16th.  With the “legacy” of Reid being left, Kelly has big shoes to fill.  Many people just wanted Reid out for a change, while many others wasn’t impressed with the product he put on the field the last couple seasons.
