Found September 16, 2013 on Waiting For Next Year:
PLAYERS: Greg Little
TEAMS: Cleveland Browns
In addition to dropping several passes on Sunday afternoon, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Greg Little was once again cited for a traffic violation in the late hours. Cleveland’s 19 Action News reports that Little was pulled over on Cleveland’s Elm Avenue around 1 a.m. Monday for a stop sign violation in addition to driving under a suspended license. Little’s car was towed as a result of the incident. The third-year Browns receiver has had plenty of run-ins with local traffic officials over the last year, leading to several issues being made public and a subsequent reprimanding from head coach Rob Chudzinski. One week earlier, Little paid $472 in fines and court costs for a ticket over a license plate violation. He also has another pending ticket for speeding while going 81 mph in a 60 speed zone in Berea. While many of Little’s traffic issues are minor in a vacuum, they are a growing sign of a player who continues to fail at doing his job on the field and show little regard for rules off of it. While Little is only credited with two dropped passes on the season, a Week 1 interception hit him in the hands before falling into the defenders arms; several targets in Week 2 also resulted in contact without a reception. On the season, Little has eight receptions (22 targets) for 59 yards. [Related: Browns lose, commit crimes against entertainment]

Five Reasons Why: Browns Fall Flat in Baltimore

To expect a win against the reigning NFL Champions in their hometown, the week after they were absolutely embarrassed by the Denver Broncos, is a bold expectation on its own. Add in the fact that the Cleveland Browns haven’t beaten the Baltimore Ravens since George Bush was president and the odds of a win are less likely than being struck by lightning. Improvements were noticeable...

Weeden's Future With The Browns Is In Jeopardy

The Cleveland Browns entered the 2013 season hoping, that in his second year, and with a Norv Turner offense more compatible with his skills, that Brandon Weeden could rise to the occasion and become the quarterback that this franchise has desperately needed.  At least that was the perception the team wanted the fans to have.  We learned later that the current regime never had...

Tracking the Browns Defense: Blitz totals for week 2

Last week I went back and charted each pass play by Miami to see how many rushers Ray Horton’s defense was sending. The data told an interesting story last week I thought. Desmond Bryant leads the team with 2.5 sacks. This week I’m sure that is the case. For one thing, the Browns only brought four rushers the majority of the game. For another, the Ravens did the majority of the...
