Found August 22, 2013 on NFL Injury Report:
San Diego Chargers linebacker Melvin Ingram tore his ACL on May 14, the second day of offseason practice.  He had surgery May 22, Ingram and the team are hoping it will be a six month recovery time.  If Ingram was able to come back to play within six months that would leave a late November or early December return. “The six-month mark is where we’ve been really pushing to get to,”  said Dr. Neal ElAttrache.  “There are a bunch of examples now of that. … You’re going to be seeing more and more guys coming back sooner to their peak performance ability.” Ingram has been progressing well with his rehab, but it is still a long shot that he could be back in November or December.  For the most part, players come back stronger and faster after they tear their ACL and Ingram wants to continue that trend so he won't want to come back too soon. Ingram was the selected by the Chargers with the 18th pick in the 2012 draft.  He was expected to step up and be one of the leaders of the defense this year,  but that ended when he tore his ACL.  Melvin Ingram is only in his second year of his career and is only 24 years old.  If Ingram can come back healthy his best years are still ahead of him. Philip Rivers identified as a QB to avoid even in 2QB leagues in our interview with Salvatore Stefanile

Who are 3 QBs you’re specifically trying to avoid on Draft Day and who are some high upside options that can be secured later in 2-QB drafts? I probably won’t have to worry too much about Sanchez, as it looks like rookie...
