The Golden State Warriors have one of the best starting units in the Western Conference. With the addition of Andre Iguodala, and Andrew Bogut coming back at full strength, the Dubs look poised to make a serious run. However, no team wins in the NBA on the strength of their starting unit alone, and with the arrival of Iguodala and his big contract, the team did lose some key players, like Carl Landry and Jarrett Jack.
With Festus Ezeli already out until at least mid-December with knee surgery, the signing of Marreese Speights looms even larger. What do Speights, and the other second-stringers, have to improve upon for the Dubs to take the next step to becoming elite out West?
