AFTER throwing FIVE picks in one game, it was decided that Romo needed to keep a seat warm.

Romo was directly responsible for 12 points to the Bears and 6 for his own squad.

2012 is off to a GREAT start.

Keep it coming!!

  • Yup.
  • Sucker is very disappointed at the present time, I wont run or go into hiding after the Boys debacles in north texas. I'm gonna use my bye week and regroup. I can't think about giving it up, I never knew love would feel like a heart attack and it's killing me, I've never cried so much I never knew love would hurt this bad, worst pain I ever had. Sucker's songz.

  • Gimme his address so I can mail him a rope.
  • Sucker kick returner turned corner back, turned wide receiver burned the Cowboys prized rookie for a touchdown. Free agent overpaid acquisition Brandon Carr was torched all night by Brandon Marshall. Your comments on the Cowboys new secondary please?
  • Let's be real for a moment, Carr and Claiborne are a huge upgrade over Newman and Ball and I'm good with that. And yes they both had a bad night, but Easy how confident are you with the Eagles shut down corners? {LOL} I'll call you on one bad night from Carr and Claiborne , and raise you a quarter of bad days and nights from Nnamdi and DRC. Here's where the trust factor comes into play. Forget Flip MORTAL LOCKS and the cookies wager. If something was at stake that really mattered to you would you be all in on the Eagles? A Eagles team who's three wins are a combined 4 points. And who could easily be 0-4. No more surer than I about my team under those same stipulations. No matter how much trash talking back and forth, this division will come down to the final few weeks. Every team within the division have serious flaws. And the way things are shaping up who ever win the division after that one home game if they survive will be on the road in frigid Greenbay and Candlestick. Pick your poison. And as it stands one glaring difference between us is that when things go wrong criticism spreads among the Eagles QB, Coach and FO, and yall publicly express your frustration. I have those same observations of my team I just prefer not to announce it, not until now. Romo is a notch below elite, a playmaker and he'll also make plays for the opposing team. If you're the Owner and GM, and make a statement the window is closing , why would you waste those opportunities with a head coach in training? A pivotal pass interference call when the ball was tipped, that would negate the penalty, the head coach in training had no clue of the rule while standing on the sideline with the challenge flag still in his pocket with the poise and charisma of Wade Phillips. And say whatever you please about Spencer without him in the lineup the pass rush was non existent last night. And there's plenty more I could say and I will after my bye week. And there's no need for those cute jackets that ties up from the back and suicide watches, if yall can get through the season without jumping into lakes, rivers, and creeks or off bridges and ledges, I to will maintain. Yet still, ole' sucker never knew love could hurt this bsd, worst pain I ever had! And I sure as hell don't need a rope from you Flipflopper, you should alway keep a spare if the avatar you present is the reflection of the man. Weight Watchers have a plan for men now..oops my bad!

  • well that make Vick a smalldiocre QB.

  • Old NFL adage: Good teams win close games.

This year we've won ALL of our close games. Better still, we've kept games were we gave the ball away close, and THEN we won them.

"Yur" team gave away the ball and just got BLOWN THE **** OUT.

Vick only sits when the Defense is on the field.
  • Old Sucker's adage: "Yur" team gave the ball away to the Cards and got BLOWN THE **** OUT. Vick take a seat when opposing defenses are on the field to.
  • Did my reference to weight watchers cause the mean ole' pootie cat to change avatar?
  • I changed my avatar DAYS ago. Prior to my Classic, In-Season one, I was going with a plain white field.

But if you just need your Birdflipper body fix, you can look at my photos. You can even copy and paste, or download them like Jagerbomb used to do. Man was THAT guy a groupie!
  • Sucker starting to remind you of anyone with his insults towards you? Rusty typed that he thought sucker may be a multi and I disagreed...maybe he is. Maybe sucker's IDs kept getting deleted along with someones other multi IDs. That would make a lot of sense.
  • You have a lot going on in this post. Ranting to a lot of different people at different times. I will answer your question about the Eagles corners. I believe they are more than capable of handling the defensive needs of the Eagles. After watching them I am confident in at least 4 of their corners. Nnamdi doesn't look pretty playing corner, because his style of play doesn't dictate that he looks pretty. He's more of a throwback to the clutch and grab style of corner. Sometimes he gets away with it and other times he doesn't. As far as Romo being elite well I will put it this way. Tony Romo sure can put up a lot of numbers, but did you know the last time he threw 5 interceptions it was on Monday Night Football? What that tells me is Romo is an excellent player when there isn't any pressure, but when the Cowboys really need him to step up and be the guy in a big time game he tends to come up small. For years he was terrible in December. He still hasn't lived down that embarrassing moment against the Seahawks. Last season he had a chance to clinch a playoff spot and he and the Cowboys didn't. In 08 he had a chance to win the division in the last game of the season and he had one of the worst games of his career. Year after year this guy and his team seems to come up small in the clutch. 1 Playoff win in a 10 year career. The guy is 32 and has some of the worst habits of any starting quarterback in the league. He's not changing dude. At this point he is what he is. Funny you asked a question as to why would an owner/GM waste his teams opportunity to win on a HC in training right? Well this is a two part answer. The first is Jerry Jones is arrogant! The guy got rid of his coach that won him 2 SUPERBOWLS for a guy who was basically there to collect a check. It stayed that way until Bill Parcells came and Jerry ran him out of town with his constant meddling. The 2nd part to your question is simply you fools don't give a reason for Jerry not to have a puppet as his coach. You all are far to complacent living in the past still going to that stadium and lining his pockets. Instead of being critical of your team you would much rather come onto this site and harass Eagles fans. Jerry is laughing at you all the way to the bank. The Cowboys since their last Super Bowl run literally have a .500 record (did you even know that), but you still for some reason (like so many others) think your team is one of the elite. I don't blame you though. You are all caught up in the glitter and the glamor. Focused on the stripper poles in the Stadium, and former Cowboys on ESPN and the NFL Network telling you how great the Cowboys are. ESPN must have spent the entire day talking about what's wrong with the Cowboys. Haven't asked that question before? The answer is simple. They are an average team who are puffed up by a lot of glitter and fluff. So this is why I don't take any of you Cowboys fans seriously. You don't even take your own team seriously. Your a joke and a walking punchline. You are completely clueless to how average your team truly is.
    96 10-6
    97 6-10
    98 10-6
    99 8-8
    00 5-11
    01 5-11
    02 5-11
    03 10-6
    04 6-10
    05 9-7
    06 9-7
    07 13-3
    08 9-7
    09 11-5
    10 6-10
    11 8-8
    12 2-2
    132 Wins 128 Losses
Since 1996 the Cowboys are only 4 games over .500. They are the epitome of average. So continue to puff out your chest over mediocrity while Jerry Jones laughs at you all the way to the bank.
  • Was it that hard typing some truth about your team? Anybody can debate when they are stretching the truth! Just ask hollywood.
  • Yes, you are right, sucker, no mortal locks but no guarantees either. I know you are just typing with enthusiasm about "your" team (and they still may be fine this year) but when you come on this site with all your bravado (and ripping on Eagle fans for showing the same type of enthusiasm for "their" team) of course barkers are going to look to jump when your team struggles (especially when "your" team is the Cowboys. You should have known better after watching the Eagles struggle through some of the same last year...those big time aquisitions you loved don't always pan out right away (or never)...those second and third year players you hoped would improve just may not take that big step you were counting on and that quarterback you thought got it together may go back to throwing a pick or five.
  • *acquisitions
  • Not to be outdone, if anybody is capable of a backward pick six {six picks} it's Mike "The Turnovernator" Vick. Sunday night was an aspiration..HE'LL BE BACK!!.
  • He may be and I told hollywood more or less the same thing earlier today. What is your point?
  • [not displayed: comment from locked account]
  • Kind of makes one wonder doesn't it?
  • I have to say it was a good weekend for the Eagles and their fans. A win on Brian Dawkins night against the Giants, and devastating Cowboy loss to put the Eagles a full game ahead of the entire NFC East. I understand it's early and anything can change, but what a difference a year makes.
