Michael Turner's first ever goal for Norwich ensured the points were shared in an uninspiring 1-1 draw against Aston Villa at Villa Park.
The Norwich defender's excellent deft second-half flick cancelled out Villa striker Christian Benteke's well-taken earlier effort in a game in which the visitors - high on confidence after their shock win at Arsenal last weekend - looked far more promising.
Villa manager Paul Lambert would have hoped for more against the club he left in the summer, but the hosts' task was made infinitely harder after young defender Joe Bennett was sent off for a second yellow card in the middle of the second half.
The result moves the Villains up one place into 16th, while Norwich stay one place above in 15th.
