Berry College Vikings pitcher Levi Austin just doesn’t like to lose, we suppose. In the bottom of the 5th inning against Hendrix College, Austin couldn’t hold back his frustrations anymore and took out the base runner headed for home. After a wild pitch, Austin stormed the third base line and gave his best shot, sending the Hendrix player flying. Of course, he was called safe by the umpire standing right in front of the play! The run had the Vikings losing 6-1, but fear not… they came back to win 9-7. All’s well that ends well.
