John Calipari is the countries top recruiter by far, but everybody takes some losses. The top ranked power forward, according to ESPN would be an example of just that. The high school phenom Cliff Alexander pleads Kentucky and John Calipari simply stopped communicating with him. “They just stopped communicating with me,” Alexander told Scott Powers of ESPN. “It’s surprising. I haven’t talked to [Kentucky coach John Calipari] in I don’t know how long. I’m somewhat [disappointed,] but hey it’s a business. You do what you have to do.” Alexander went on to add Oregon and Uconn to an already hefty list.
