After leading the Americans to the gold medal in 2012, Duke University head basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski has decided that he will coach the U.S. Olympic team again.  Krzyzewski was expected to step down, but recently changed his mind and will instead travel to Rio de Janeiro in 2016 for a shot at the Americans’ third consecutive gold medal. According to ESPN, USA basketball will hold a press conference tomorrow at 10:40 at Duke to announce the rest of the U.S. Olympic coaching staff.  There’s already been some speculation on who will coach alongside him. According to ESPN, Syracuse head basketball coach Jim Boeheim will once again be one of Coach K’s assistants.  ESPN.com reporting that #Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim will be on the USA Basketball staff for 2016 Olympics — Alex Dunbar (@AlexDunbarNews) May 23, 2013 We’ll have the full list of coaches for you once they are announced.
