Roy Devyn Marble... Psshhh, more like Roy "Trey" Marble. Yes, I know... that was... AAWWWFFUUULLL, but Marble has been the exact opposite of that over the past two games and he really put an exclamation point on it all in the Hawkeyes' 90-46 win over South Carolina State on Wednesday night. Marble went for 27 points, but that's not the impressive part, it's the fact that he went 6-8 from behind the arc in the win and realistically could've gone over 30 points for the 2nd straight game had Fran McCaffery not called off the troops with a lot of time left on the clock.  So, what's the big deal about this little burst? Well Marble hit all of 22 treys last season and he's hit nearly half that in the past two games, nailing 10 treys overall while shooting 59% in those games. While dunks get all the highlights this little nugget of video from BTN is all the proof you need that the trey rules the world!! O.k., maybe not that far, but it's pretty damn cool anyway!
