The hype-machine surrounding Andrew Wiggins has been in full effect for several years now. And now that he's reclassified to 2013, it's only getting bigger. Most of the pundits are pegging Kentucky and Florida State as the leaders, but the Wiggins family has been so tight-lipped that any information coming from a source not named Wiggins (or prep coach Rob Fulford) is likely conjecture. Still, we know UK is in the picture, as if FSU. UNC has also been making a push - but is he interested? Beyond UK and FSU, who knows if other teams will seriously be considered? So what would it mean to land the player considered the best high school player (depending on which hype you're buying) since either the Durant/Oden class or LeBron James? Kentucky: John Calipari is on a roll the likes of which have been unseen since the days of John Wooden. He's already landed three of ESPN's top-5 players in the class, and still has room to take several more players, dependent on h...

When Kevin Garnett loses in the NBA postseason, I imagine he locks himself in a 4 x 12 room, transforms into something resembling the Incredible Hulk, except harrier, howls at the moon continuously, and drinks nothing but V8 juice all summer just so he can feel as much pain as possible.Given how much he loathes his opponents (remember, he deleted Ray Allen’s phone number this summer...
The 2012-13 NBA season officially kicks off tonight. Unfortunately, LeBron James is getting his first ring and Derrick Rose has to watch it on TV like the rest of us. Hopefully that image is burned into his brain forever and can use it to re-fuel his fire during rehab and towards playoff time.
The Bulls open their season tomorrow night at home against the Sacramento Kings. With so...
LeBron James is finally getting his championship ring.
Somehow, that seems like an ancillary element to opening night in Miami.
It's Boston vs. Miami, a rematch of last season's Eastern Conference finals that went seven games before the Heat prevailed. It's Ray Allen vs. the Celtics for the first time since he left after five seasons to join Boston's biggest current...

With the start of the upcoming NBA season only a days away, it’s time to break down what will be another wild, yet predictable season. There are many new faces in new places this season, but will any of that matter?
The sudden trade of James Harden proves yet again that no matter what, small to medium market teams have little to no chance of succeeding in the NBA. While the Thunder...
