I don’t think it’s out of line to say that if today were national signing day, 5-star combo guard JaQuan Lyle would sign a letter of intent with Louisville. Lyle is still considering multiple other schools, but Louisville certainly looks like the current leader. The Evansville native has visited multiple times and most recently brought his mother to Louisville for a visit. Lyle has been one of Pitino’s top targets in the 2014 class for nearly two years. He is considered to be one of the top ten players in the 2014 class. Steve Jones of the Courier-Journal has done a great job at keeping tabs on Lyle throughout his recruiting process this summer.
