The season review series kicks off with the first individual player entry, that of Ge'Lawn Guyn. In previous entries I've talked about the program and 3 players who didn't play a lot. You can see those entries at the top of the page or by clicking on the links in this sentence.  Ge'Lawn Guyn came into this season with some people thinking he would have an expanded role since he was a sophomore. Those people would be wrong. Guyn's freshman and sophomore year numbers are nearly identical. He played a little over 10 minutes a game. He used 14.1% of UC possessions, meaning 14% of possessions ended with a Guyn shot, assist or turnover. That was a bit down from last year. Guyn had a small bump in his offensive rating as he improved it from 91 to 95. While it seemed that Guyn shot more, especially during a phase in the middle of the season, his shot percentage was 15.2. That was only up .6% from last year.
