If you polled the Louisville fan base and asked which two post players they’d like to see Rick Pitino use in the starting lineup next season, I think most would probably go with the duo of Montrezl Harrell and Chane Behanan. Some may suggest Mangok Mathiang at the center because of his height. I doubt you’d hear many throw fifth year senior Stephan Van Treese’s name in the mix. It’s hard for me to argue against Behanan and Harrell as the starting front-court, but with that said, I think SVT is going to have a much bigger role with this year’s team that some anticipate. If you’ve watched SVT play throughout his career, then you know his effectiveness shouldn’t be judge statistically. He’s a guy who is always going to give 100% effort and knows what he can and can’t do on the floor. According to Rick Pitino, Van Treese is working hard during the offseason. “He’s got his body to 245 pounds and he’

Video: Rick Pitino Wins ESPY For “Best Coach/Manager” On The Red Carpet

Although you didn’t see it or hear about it during the actual awards ceremony, Louisville head basketball coach Rick Pitino won an ESPY Award last night for “Best Coach/Manager.” I understand that if every award was announced, the show would last entirely too long.
