I can’t say that I’ve ever seen this before. In tonight’s exhibition game between Kentucky and Montevallo, UK freshman sensation James Young was just trying to make a hustle play and give his team the possession on a loose ball. Instead, he somehow sunk a 3-pointer for the Falcons. I’m not sure whether this should go on the #TopTen or the #NotTopTen.
Let’s hope he doesn’t continue this trend during the regular season.

It's a college basketball ritual, as steeped in tradition as Midnight Madness, big dances and one-and-done wunderkinds -- putting your star freshman in his place by pounding him for the one thing he did wrong, even among the dozens of things he did right.
And perhaps nobody is more adept at ripping into mega-star teenagers like Kentucky's John Calipari. But even Coach Cal...
