With the Super Bowl in the books, football fans must survive a long dry spell between games.
Now it’s officially wait-till-next-year time, with the diehards holding their breath for National Signing Day on Wednesday, hoping the incoming class will fill the gaps between expectations and disappointment from the past season.
Understandably, University of Louisville football fans remain in celebration mode, still giddy over a thoroughly convincing win over Florida in the BCS Sugar Bowl. So Wednesday represents still another opportunity to party, with Charlie Strong bringing in a class of 15 that includes Trinity running back James Quick, Lexington Catholic quarterback Kyle Bowling and seven more Florida players.
