Penn State University will be doling out money for years to come. The New York Daily News is reporting that former Penn State Assistant coach Mike McQueary plans to sue the university. McQueary who is a former quarterback for the Nittany Lions will now be remembered for being the graduate assistant who walked in on Jerry Sandusky in the shower with a young boy in 2001. McQueary  filed papers in Centre County Common Pleas Court notifying the court that he plans to proceed with a whistle-blower lawsuit.   It essential classifies McQueary as a person who tells the public or someone in authority about alleged dishonest or illegal activities (misconduct) occurring in a government department, a public or private organization, or a company or the Government .
