Kansas State's Climb Up The Polls Should Continue as Favorite Over Kansas

In a matchup of teams heading in decidedly different directions, the Kansas St. Wildcats host its in-state rival Kansas Jayhawk Saturday in Manhattan.
No. 8 Kansas St. was off last week and hasn't played since shocking the country with a 24-19 win over then-No. 6 Oklahoma in Norman as 15.5-point road underdogs. Struggling Kansas, under first-year head coach Charlie Weiss, has lost three straight including a 30-23 loss as 7-point road underdogs against Northern Illinois last week.
According to the latest college football odds, Kansas St. is favored by 24 points with the over/under listed at either 53 or 53.5 points at the few sportsbooks that are offering the wager.
