Top OSU Recruit Changes Mind After Photo Posted with Sex Offender One of Ohio State’s top recruits, Alex Anzalone has decided not to attend Ohio State after a photo of him with a convicted sex offender was posted on the internet. Charles Waugh, a 31 year old Kentucky resident posed with Anzalone and two other high school players after the Ohio State spring game. Waugh then posted the photos on twitter and @ messaged a bunch of OSU players and recruits the photos. The whole ordeal freaked Anzalone out. Apparently Waugh pleaded guilty a few years ago to possessing kiddie porn. No wonder why the young man is feeling uneasy.
