Indiana: After opening the season undefeated, the number 10 ranked Hoosiers fell to cross-state rival and 6 ranked Akron. After a disappointing loss to a tough Akron team, Indiana will look to bounce back versus Oregon State Sunday to conclude the Mike Berticelli Tournament in Bloomington. Ohio State: The Buckeyes road trip to California started out with a 2-0 loss versus San Diego followed by a trip down the road on Sunday to face San Diego State. Michigan: After falling 2-1 to number five USF in the season opener, the Wolverines have gone 1-1 in their past two matches including an embarrassing 3-0 loss at home to Cleveland State. Michigan State: After playing number four ranked UCONN to a tough 1-0 loss on Labor Day, the Spartans looked to keep up the good form during their East Coast road trip. A 1-0 loss to Harvard on Friday continues to exploit MSU’s problems on offense (3 goals in five games), with a goal-scorer needing to step-up for the green and white. Northwestern: The Wildcats have been on the road for most of the season and will look to conclude the NIU tournament with victory over Rhode Island on Sunday. Northwestern looks to join Indiana as the only Big Ten teams to break into the Top 25, and a string of victories will likely launch the defending Big Ten Champions into the national fray. Penn State: The Nittany Lions traveled to Washington DC last weekend in a 2-1 loss at Georgetown, but now returns home for a three match stretch that began Thursday with a draw versus West Virginia. Wisconsin: After three straight matches on the road with only one point, the Badgers fell 3-1 Friday night in their home opener.
