In a delightful scene during the ISPS Handa Australian Open at the Royal Canberra Golf Club on Friday, a herd (gaggle?) of kangaroos moseyed across the golf course, delaying play and caused the interwebs to let out a collective, “Awwww, how adorable!” That’s awesome. Marsupials rule in general, but kangaroos are the shiznit. But sadly for the LPGA, tournament delays caused by a roving horde kangaroos is the only way to attract any attention to the sport. Well, that and photo galleries and videos featuring the more attractive women from the ranks of professional female golfers, as evidenced by the posts contained in the Sportress of Blogitude Archives under the LPGA category. Yeah. Not saying that it is right or fair, it’s just the truth. [H/T Off the Bench] TweetThe post Crikey!
