PLAYERS: Tiger Woods

EA Sports went off the beaten path in picking a theme and stars for their commercial for the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 video game for the Kinect. With Tiger Woods' father being part Chinese and his mother being both Chinese and Thai and Shaq once dubbing himself Shaq-Fu, they naturally chose a kung-fu theme. Tiger, the Crimson Cat, meets Shaq, the Swinging Giant and golf meets kung-fu.

The web-only commercial features some outstanding Japanese movie-type voice overs, Shaq swinging an imaginary golf club left-handed and Tiger (or his body-double) is shown doing some wicked kung-fu moves. Nice idea by EA Sports and better execution.
