It should go without saying that balancing an exercise ball on a balance beam, and then standing on top of the exercise ball, is extremely dangerous and not a smart thing to do. Common sense, right?

Well, if your curious as to how bad you could hurt yourself, you'll be interested in checking out this video of this guy. He's not a professional gymnast...or a professional stuntman. It's probably safe to say that he's also not the smartest guy in the world.

A disclaimer for the kids out there (and some of the adults): DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME.



This guy is also extremely lucky, as he could have crushed himself in an extremely sensitive area if he landed just a few millimeters to the right. It's safe to say that he wasn't hit square in the groin because he would not have been able to get up afterwards, like he did here.
