In a Montana high school basketball game between Glacier (Kalispell) and C.M. Russell (Great Falls) earlier this month the incredible happened, as Glacier hit not one, not two, but three buzzer beaters in their 62-61 win.  Having never been to Montana, I can only assume that gluttony is a way of life, which is why one buzzer beater just wasn’t enough. Let’s recap Glacier’s three ridiculous, buzzer beating shots… 1.  Charlie Obermiller’s 3-pointer at the end of the first quarter to give Glacier the 13-12 lead. 2.  Kyle Griffith’s trey at the end of regulation to send the game to overtime. 3.  Bryan Michael’s 3/4-court heave in OT to give Glacier the amazing 62-61 victory. Obermiller’s shot was nails, while Griffith’s game tying 3-pointer was clutch.  But Michael’s game-winner as time expired was nothing short of a Christmas miracle. Some of us will go our entire lives without witnessing am electrifying buzzer beater, while these folks in Montana got to see three in one game.  That seems a tad unfair, until you realize that buzzer beaters or not, when it’s all said and done, these people still have to live in Montana, and you don’t.
