Brian Cashman has had enough of A-Rod
Baseball world just got a little bit more entertaining this past week when Alex Rodriguez decided to join twitter. That’s good for social media and bad for the New York Yankees. Arod has been quite informative today about his rehab stating:
Visit from Dr. Kelly over the weekend, who gave me the best news – the green light to play games again! http://t.co/RuzfXOJjHI

Did, the 30 million dollar a year man just break the code? Well, according to Brian Cashman he did. As of Monday, Cashman had told reporters a different story about Rodriguez being given the go-ahead to play in games. According to ESPN New York:
“He has not been cleared by our doctors to play in rehab games yet,” he said. “He’s getting closer. There’s no doubt about it. But we don’t have a date for him to start playing games yet. It could be July 1. It could also be July 5, or maybe June 25.”
As for Arod giving updates about his rehab on twitter. Brian Cashman had some harsh words for his has been superstar:

Oh my! Now that’s funny, Arod can’t get out of his own way and good for Brian Cashman, for the first time during the Rodriguez fiasco we have finally seen some true colors on how the organization feels about him. Well now we can only wonder will Arod take the advice of Mr. Cashman. For social media we hope not!
