Back to back doubles in the bottom of the fourth bring a Brewers a bit closer as the Cardinals now lead 9-5. Jerry Hairston, Jr. hit the first one and scored, his fourth double of the series. He has scored six times in the NLCS. Update: Casey McGehee draws a two-out walk as he pinch-hit for the pitcher. That puts two runners on for Corey Hart, who homered earlier in the game. Update: Hart works the count to 3-2, fouling off pitches, making Salas work, but strikes out to end the inning. The teams go to the fifth with the Cardinals leading the Brewers 9-5.
