Didn’t I say last night that Mike Napoli is hitting really well?  Yeah, well, he still is.  He hit his fifth home run in four games tonight.  I don’t even care that he ended up going 2 for 5 tonight. The boy is having a lot of fun out there. He wasn’t the only one. Every Ranger in the batting order had at least one hit tonight. Ian Kinsler, Michael Young and Nelson Cruz each finished with three.  Napoli, Elvis Andrus, Yorvit Torrealba and Craig Gentry each had two. Only Josh Hamilton and Adrian Beltre settled for a single hit.  But Hamilton walked twice.  Yep. Twice. Yu Darvish had a little fun out there tonight too. Detroit is not an offense that allows a lot of mistakes, but Darvish didn’t make many. He walked five, but only gave up two hits over 7.1 innings.  And only one run.  He got himself in a few jams, but then worked right out of them.  It’s almost like he enjoys a little bit of drama.  I hope that’s not the case because my heart can’t take that.
