And in a strange twist of fate, one player who was shipped out of town once the team fell out of the race wound up with the biggest award of all…a World Series ring. Despite the short time he spent here, Hunter Pence was a fan favorite in Philly. Many were saddened to see him go in a mid-season trade to the Giants. But it could not have worked out any better for Pence. He will celebrate with the San Francisco Giants today in a World Series victory parade on the opposite coast. Phillies Player Review: Jimmy Rollins

Having just won his fourth Gold Glove award, this player review could not come at a better time for Jimmy Rollins, a man who could use a few positives in his corner. This One Is Right In The Feels; Hunter Pence Celebrates Being a World Champion

I hate writing about this, but it's Hunter Pence and he deserves to be recognized for this achievement - even if he didn't contribute that much until the actual World Series. The Giants held their World Series Championship parade today in downtown San Francisco. Millions turned out to see the second parade in three years and Hunter Pence captured some of the confetti downpour...

Phils’ shortstop Jimmy Rollins have just won his fourth Gold Glove Award. Jimmy, who have won previous gold gloves in 2007-09, with his win is now ranked third in franchise history with the most gold gloves won by a Phil, trailing only Mike Schmidt (10) and Garry Maddos (8). Hunter Pence Cracks Up Conan

San Francisco Giants outfielder Hunter Pence was labeled as plenty of things this postseason...an inspirational leader, the lead singer from Spin Doctors and, of course, a crazy eyed meme generator. But if his recent appeance on Conan is any indication...dude is also pretty funny. What a difference a World Series makes, huh?  Last week at this time, the 29-year-old Pence looked like...
