That could all change on Friday night, when the Sox host the 7-15 Astros in their second game of a four-game series at Fenway Park. Dempster, 0-2, 3.38 ERA, hasn’t allowed more than six hits or four earned runs in any of his first four starts with the Sox. David Ortiz has five career hits (one home run) in his career against the lefty while Mike Napoli has three hits, two of which of the long ball variety. NESN’s coverage kicks off at 5:30 p.m. ET with Friday Night Fenway, while first pitch is expected just after 7:10 p.m. Check out the lineups below.
