The Detroit Tigers don't plan on offering a contract extension to outfielder Delmon Young.Tigers general manager Dave Dombrowski told a Detroit newspaper that, while he appreciates that Young is talented offensively, signing him to an extension is "not a priority for us."Dombrowski went on to say that Young, who will become an unrestricted free agent at season's end, will sign with "somebody" if he goes out and has a big year at the plate in 2012."I don't know if it's here or somewhere else, but it's going to happen," Dombrowski said.Young batted .268 with 12 home runs and 64 RBIs between the Tigers and Minnesota Twins last season.
